Pointd Pal allows in chat user plus plus (or minus minus).

If one employee thinks the other did a great job or just wants to praise them for being a good friend they can simply @joan.example++ or the sender can specify a reason e.g. @fred.example++ because you did amazingly on those TPS reports!.

Senders may also want to send multiple people a Pointd Pal point. This is similarly frictionless: (@fred.example, @joan.example)++ because you two are an amazing team. Each user will receive a point from the Pointd Pal bot’s bank.
